I'm not sure if this is just me or what, but I realize it takes much longer time for YouTube to initialize the video and before it really starts playing. Not enough servers?

It is slower – but you can appear speed it up by either using a different browser with just ONE window open – or close all of your other FireFox windows and use just one for YouTube.
