I'm pretty sure it's not actually Google Health, but it could be hooked into Google Health using APIs I guess.

Sure but it's my understanding that Epic Systems signed a non-disclosure agreement with Google a two years ago. I mean, look at the gui in my URL above it's design is so close to Google Accounts login.
