I have some income for USA, they pay me via westunion. Including Google Adsense. And I pay some fee at USA, for instance, some codes, some hosting.

Now, I want to register a Google Checkout account, but I am in china, And need a credit card.

Can Google give me a true Google Checkout account without a credit card, and open for me in china.

So, my incomes, including Google Adsense can transfer directly to Google Checkout, then I can use Google Checkout buy in USA directly.

It won't work. Google Checkout does not allow you to hold a stored balance.
