My JotSpot page http://ttnadmin.jot.com says:
"According to our records, this JotSpot account has not been accessed in over 30 days. As a result, we have moved it to a hibernation mode to conserve resources. Rest assured, your data is still intact! Bringing your JotSpot back from hibernation is a simple process – please send us an email telling us that you would like to re-activate your JotSpot and we will respond within 48 hours."
I have tried contacting them 3 times now (Feb 28, Mar 3, and today) and they still have not gotten back to me! :(
Does anyone else have this problem?? |
my free account is still active.. not sure when I last loggin |
Thanks pd...
Has anyone else had their JotSpot account go into "hibernation mode"?? |
After sending four unanswered emails to JotSpot support, I emailed Graham Spencer http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graham_Spencer
Now I can get back into my JotSpot account – Thanks Graham! |
Thanks ttnadmin ...
I looked up the Graham Spencer article in Wikipedia (English) but didn't find an email address. How does one email him? I have the same problem with my JotSpot account. It's been in hibernation mode despite my doing what the hibernation page for my account says I must do. |
I was able to find his Gmail address after some Google searches and a little digging.... I'm not going to post it here, but if you leave your JotSpot URL and your email address, I'll see if I can help. |
