It appears that Google has altered their Webpage Removal Policy by changing the exclusion period from 6 months to 90 days. The Webpage Removal form is the same exact form that user's use to get inappropriate content removed from both Google search results and Image results. This new exclusion period might have an impact on how many more adult images you see in Google Images when using the SafeSearch filter.
