Damn! I should've reported this three weeks ago when I updated the "gam" service on my Google Account Service Names page:

I originally spotted the service back in December 2006 when it was simply called "gam" on the login page:

That got updated around 21 Feb 2008 to say "Ad Manager" but you still couldn't sign in and I wasn't sure what it was actually going to be for.

So how to get going with it?
From where can i access it.
