I don´t know if this is old news...

When I searched for "bayesian" on google, the following ad appeared:

"Work at Google
We can´t hire smart people fast enough"

Its courious that G recieves thousands of CVs every day and they still have to have ads about that

They don't want to miss out on even a single great developer... the greatest developers alive may not even send their CVs, they are so good they may simply wait until they're contacted by someone :)
