I create Translate Twitter Greasemonkey and Bookmarklet using Google AJAX language API.

You can see various language in Twitter public timeline(twitter.com/public_timeline). If you use this tool, "translate!" links appear at every updates. Click the "translate" link, the translated word will be shown.
