You can use your Google Account to log into any site that supports OpenID!

openid-provider.appspot.com/

A question : is this implementation of OpenId from Google or by 3rd party (one of the 10 000 dev allowed to use appspot.com) ?

I have an answer :)

It's from Ryan Barrett according to search result in appspot :
appgallery.appspot.com/results ...

[put at-character here]pd : try to post a message on a Blogspot blog, for example, with this OpenID you generated. It will fail.

openid-provider.appspot.com/

What's that? Someone already tried?

We talked a little about that before:

Here the post of the Googler who developed this app, published just after the release of appengine:

I haven't tried (and will try less and less apps as they store my gmail adress) but it may be trustable (the Googler made the app as a sample for Appengine) but not so reliable (see the comments of the blog post).

Well it was working for me at the openid homepage and I hope he will soon get "official" time to work on it, cause it would be quite nice if google would officially support openid outside of blogger.
