I doubt this one will go for $101,900.. It seems like all these serch engines do is use the API's and filter the results. No crawling and indexing required. Dang it! I could do that.

The puttx script is based on php and results shown are based on a unique algorythm written for the site, the actual script is also being tested on a new site at http://www.juxit.com to create a chinese meta search engine, but still in development stage. Chinese API's are slightly more complicated to scrape the results from, may be another 2 months before the beta version is completed.
