While I liked what Stylish does, but a few things bothered me that caused me to stop using it:

1) It's really pretty fragile as simple page/code changes can break the layout.

2) It's jarring to get familiar with the look of the interface and then not have that when you use a different computer. And you don't always have the option to install Stylish to resolve that.

3) Styles are often not 100% complete, and when doing something as dramatic as darkening a whole interface, one unchanged element really sticks out. Also sometimes features can be lost (I seem to remember one theme causing the Gmail stars to disappear)

Wow! Very impressive. It even redesigned the Remember The Milk sidebar I have added via extension.

It's too depressing and many UI elements are more difficult to use (e.g.: the links have all kinds of different colors: white, blue, orange, red, while the buttons are barely noticeable).
