In LA, there was Breach of Confidential patient information. This risk is across all sector's regardless of brand name.
IMHO Privacy is more of human ethical aspect , rather then a systems aspect. I.e given the fact the systems security is best of breed and hackers actually don't have baseline value to comprise such health records.

What do you think is in it for Google? Why would they spend so much time and money developing portable health records?
Just to sell ads around them?
