It is currently in development from the guys at Red Evolution and is a clever little tool that enables you to create a scenario for a search query, which you can then ask your contacts to answer for you.
This then creates seed keywords which are actualy used by people rather than being just an automated list.

You can also check the google SERPS to see the results for the phrases used in each scenario.
