Since some minutes I can access YouTube.
Firefox tells me:
Address Not Found
Firefox can't find the server at www.youtube.com.

I can see something that looks like a CSS-free text dump of the site or something. Indeed I can't reach the stylesheet...

After a long wait i get the YouTube page, but without the CSS,

In France, same problem : google.com/youtube get a redirection to youtube.com/t/advertising but nothing works.

It's working again, i can access YouTube now

it seems to be up now.. while DNS refresh takes place, things will settle down in 20 min!

guesstimates are that they was approx 87Mandays of view time that was lost across the 1.45HRs of outage..
any1 know who this is being calculated and whats the metric build ?
