The number is a UNIX timestamp date that maps to

1210550400 = 05 / 11 / 08 @ 8:00pm

The url is quite easy to decode, and I am quite sure that 1210550400 is some kind of time notation, but I forgot which one (tried two already)

I got stuck with the first question I got... anybody else tried it?
