Was that a spiderweb in the "G" of the Google in stock footage of the news program? |
Did I actually hear one of them say "do something about the firewall that Google is building with the Chinese government" or words to that effect.
While I am all for social activism do any of these Rtards do any research? Google is positioned fifth in China as a search engine and is nowhere near the top as an email or any kind of internet service provide largely because of the firewall which has been in existence for years. Baidu is in top position because the government sensors don't slow its search to a crawl like they do with Google. YouTube, the subsidiary of Google, was blocked in China for two – three weeks earlier this year after initial problems in Tibet for f sake.
Should Google be trying to do more to ensure flows freely into China? Yes, absolutely. Should it, in the case of blogs and email information, protect the privacy of its members and prevent them from being persecuted? Indeed.
But lets attack the real people to blame here (BTW a US company named Cisco created the firewall) http://www.theatlantic.com/doc/200803/chinese-firewall
It's also amusing to see US citizens protesting against censorship in China considering the US record with the Homeland Security Act. Pot, Kettle Black. |

Baidu become top cause it is fast, easy as original Google US. If you are in China, and you can read Chinese, you will find Google.cn not fit, its user exprience still not perfect for the Chinese.
At least, Many Google's documents still in English, and many translation in robots Chinese.
If Baidu want to develop US market, how do you think Many Baidu's documents still in Chinese, and translation in robots English.
Sure, how can you ask US nations like this Baidu in English, you will say how stupid Baidu is.
So, you can know the truth behind GFW news. GFW news is not fake news, it is the excusefor Google.cn failure. |
