It is linked to renwu.baidu.com which identifies the person as Lang Shuzheng, who if I understand some reports right was affected by the recent Szechuan earthquake and saluted to the rescue team when he was found (thoughts.com/blog/photos/32244). This logo is shown on Children's Day, June 1st (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Children ...).
