It says here it's in Russian..

But the last time i checked, Russian doesn't look exactly the same as English..

Maybe a lack of significant on-page text (specifically on root URL) and the fact that the "more significant" inbound link is a specific language (google.com/search?q=link%3Adma ...) results in the proposed translation. I do not get a proposal for translation in the second page (google.com/search?q=dmaband.co ...).
