Maybe a lack of significant on-page text (specifically on root URL) and the fact that the "more significant" inbound link is a specific language (http://www.google.com/search?q=link%3Admaband.com) results in the proposed translation. I do not get a proposal for translation in the second page (http://www.google.com/search?q=dmaband.com+framepage.html). |
