I don't know if the lines are new, but in the source code there are the following lines:
< script type="text/javascript" src="/js/3350694066-PresentlyEditorOffline.js"></script>
<style type="text/css">
.progress-indicator {
position: absolute;
z-index: 1000;
top: 0;
right: 0;
margin: 0;
border: 0;
padding: 2px;
font: bold 12px Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
color: white;
background-color: #c44;
}
< /style >

Nobody uses the online version, lesser people will use the offline one...

Well i did make a presentation once.

And i believe you guys are using Presently more than you think, like in Gmail, when someone sends an email with a presentation in it.

And just for the record, when you're trying to compete with something big such as MS Office, you to make it available using all options, and to all programs.
If this option is available for Documents (right?! :/) or will be available soon, they should be making it available to other programs too.

Do you agree Tom? :)

I actually did use Presently for a class presentation one time. Experience wasn't too bad.

I don't see use for an Offline version, though. Information gathering is a task that is needed in creating presentations.

I would use it if I had a use for it :-P

I have just made a quick presentation for college using it (We just had to print it out, not deliver it) I don't know if 'd use it off line, but having the option there would be good

Next challange: Offline Google PDF viewer!

That's easy: each page is actually an image, so the PDF offline viewer would just display the images.

I do use Google Presentation to back up my presentation files.
