More details here: "Google has apparently said that part of the reason for the delay is due to difficulties in continuing to develop the platform while giving partners an opportunity to lobby for new features.
"This is where the pain happens," Google's director of mobile platforms Andy Rubin told the Wall Street Journal. "We are very, very close." ...."
