MSN Messenger now appears to be blocking all links, as described here

I can confirm this. All messages containing www. , [something]. and [something]. are blocked, but not ftp://.
The filter is on the server of course, as I use Pidgin for IM.

Yes, it seems that this filter has been removed.

I did an article about that, one month ago, when MSN Messenger was blocking youtube.
