Has Google changed their policy with regards to showing results on a single page.

Has anyone ever seen the same 'URL" site twice with two different Titles and descriptions on page one...... especially for a competitive term like 'SEO'

Could this be a bug, or is there a white hat way to get a result displayed like this that does not violate webmaster guidelines.

This is an impressive hack if in fact it is not a bug.

Wonder how it is done?

Would be interesting to see how much extra traffic it could potentially bring to a site – but you just know that #11 is pissed off as hell LOL:

Which result do you mean, the Wikipedia one? It's not the same URL, as far as I can tell, but the Wikipedia page about search engine optimization, and then the Wikipedia disambiguation page about the abbreviation "SEO", which can mean different things (including search engine optimization, but not just that...).
