Weird, I can't get that to show!!

I can get it to come up in Firefox, but not IE. And oddly enough, when I use the User Agent switcher in Firefox to pose as IE, it still comes up. So it appears that it doesn't show up in IE possibly due to a script limitation or incompatibility, and not a user-agent-based switcheroo.

I can't get it to show up in either Firefox or Safari. Where's the love Google? :(
