No Pascal, just a joke :). For the moment... ^^

Potential fair use contexts aside – which overrule whatever Google may have to say on the topic – here is Google's statement in regards to screenshots from their permissions page:
<<The one instance when you don't need to ask our permission is when you want to use a standard, unaltered Google screenshot in a print (book, magazine, journal, newspaper) or electronic (web page, DVD, CD) format for an instructive or illustrative purpose. This must be an unaltered--meaning there are no graphics, photos, or advertising copy superimposed on the screenshot you plan to use, nor have you changed the look of the image in any way--image from most of our products (see special cases below).>> http://www.google.com/permissions/
Would showing a Google logo, taken from the Google homepage, satisfy the "unaltered screenshot" requirement? The screenshot thing is odd anyway – for instance I can right-click any image by Google, select "view", open the browser full-screen, adjust the screen resolution to something small, and then make a screenshot... voila, I will end up with an "unaltered screenshot" that is however just showing a single image. |
The video should keep the google text in the same place for all of the images... pretty good and cool though |
