Athene is a pretty well known guy in WoW world and that's just one of his methods of gaining popularity.
All his clips feature his girlfriend Tanya thumbnail, which are carefully inserted as keyframes in proper place so that YT selects them as thumbnails.

The good thing is that so many people like this of questionable character are also totally stupid. Coincidence?
I think is it a law of the universe for which we should be thankful.
But even the more clever ones get caught eventually and for all the trouble we go through finding them out, a reputation is easily lost and hard to get back.
