Google's seeming to have recent bad luck with privacy issues. Both cases are not(!) Google's fault (Viacom manipulating the law and burglars stealing from an external company). It's too bad Colt or whoever didn't destroy Google's data after their contract was terminated. I suppose the "time limit" was more than 2 years.
