Ok, now this is one of the strangest things I've seen a news site do so far. I guess CNN in the US offers video news headlines to be printed on t-shirts that you can then buy. Shirts are $15 with $4.99 shipping.

So far there are only 10 headlines you can get printed on shirts. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3166/2681932346_246ac15eec_o.png http://www.cnn.com/tshirt/allshirts/index.html
When your viewing the main page of CNN.com, you can see a little tiny t-shirt icon next to headlines that you can put on t-shirts. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3255/2681932342_4ea7a90ff3_o.png
So when are you going to add this feature Philipp? :p |
That's strange. I wonder if they actually cover their expenses, doing this. |
If it's a commission-based print on demand service they might not even have any costs. E.g. at CafePress, when you pick a basic shop you don't have any costs, you can only make revenues (if you sell stuff)... only if you want a premium shop with more items and customization options do you need to pay a yearly cost... |
I remember you can change those messages, it was covered on BoingBoing a few months back. |
