How on earth do you link images? I can't understand why highlighting an image and clicking "Link" doesn't work. Am I just being stupid? Is there a way to do this easily?

PS on a side note, is there any way to make an image bigger and minimalise pixelization? I only want to make it slightly bigger (50 pixels at most).
