YouTube and Sites are at the top of the dropdown menu under "More" for me. Is this new?

Possibly, because I'm not seeing that. Here's what I get on the Google home page:

   Video
   Groups
   Books
   Scholar
   Finance
   Blogs
--------------------
   YouTube
   Calendar
   Photos
   Documents
   Reader
   Sites
   even more »

I see the same Tony. Its a very strange ordering because those at the top at the ones I don't really use but the ones further down I use a lot – or perhaps it is intentionally ordered like that for this reason, to encourage more people to use Google's less popular products.
