I have opened google home page is Internet Explorer as well as in CHROME and Firefox. For my Surprise "New! Download Chrome (BETA) – the new browser from Google" text is not showing in IE.

It definitely displays only for certain OS's. I'm on a Mac and I don't see the download link at all since its not quite ready for Tiger or Leopard OS. I can believe it's regional issues too affecting you. |
That may play a role: one is signed in, not the other. |
