Can you define your own avatar/icon/photo/image for this forum? Is it automatically downloaded from a website or something?

Phillip custom makes and uploads them for certain, active people. I haven't seen any new ones lately.

Philipp usually creates them for users who post often and are in the top 100 active members of the forum.

at the moment you need about 100 posts :)
