If you edit a profile, you can see new format tools in short bio cell,
tools for bold, italic, underline, un/ordered list and link...

Also on a bottom of profile page was added little google logo pointing to google.com...

And i am not sure, but i think that a upper text "The more information you provide, the easier it will be for friends to find you." weren't there too

It took me a while to find out which Google service you are talking about. First I looked at Google Account, Google Docs, Blogger and orkut. Then I found out you are talking about Google's Knol!

No, im talking about google profile, that is located in for example google maps.

OK, reminds me of Google's Knol profile very much:

which seems to redirect to the same profile as Google Maps profile when I try to edit either profile (replace "tomi-hs/-/1zija0uf0o3z8/0" with your own characters).

It's a recent change. Knol originally launched with a separate profile page which was itself a knol. Now they link to your Google Accounts profile instead. It's a backward step in my opinion.
