Google Calendar

I know the whole imminent launch of Google Calendar topic has been circulating around the "blogosphere" today. But I just noticed that the domain calendar.google.com no longer hosts the main Google homepage as it was doing, but now is redirecting to the Google homepage.

A small change yes, but this could have been done while they are putting up the finishing touches to the calendar site, and uploading the calendar homepage.

Anybody got anymore info on Google Calendar?

Hi dpneal,
sorry for my bad English
I understood that www.gcalendar.com was in fact a Google Domain Name, buy by Data docket ("a company Google has used for domain registrations previously").

But I just went on gcalendar.com now, and it "work" , but it doesn't look like a Google site. The design is so... strange, no the common Google style, isn't it ?

dpneal, are you logged into your Personalized Home page? When I'm logged in, it redirects. When I'm not logged in, it hosts the page.

When I ping it, it's still resolving to l.google.com – which is the same as it is for google.com and many other google subdomains.

Tony, I was logged on. I didn't try it out without being logged on.

With regard to www.gcalendar.com, that is showing a webmaster login, but i doubt Google would use this type of thing. You never know though.
