Orkut has updated it's Photo Albums with more features from Facebook like:
# Photo albums reorganized into an easy-to-use list with the most recently updated albums displayed on top
# Privacy settings that you (and only you), can see for each album right on your "photos" page
# Links to view, edit, and add photos to an album on your "photos" page

Still, orkut needs some fundamental changes before it's a serious competitor to Facebook. The fact that they're rolling out these little features makes me think that they really don't care much about orkut-- although i really hope that isn't the case. So much potential there
