Now and then, while attempting to save a Gmail draft or simply send off a letter, I get this "502 Server Error" msg, and, if my text previously was not saved, IT WILL VANISH. Google asks me to report it in full, but doesn't give an explicit where-to address, nor is there one such on the help/ support pages. I keep sending them off nevertheless, to mobile-support+labs[put at-character here]google.com address, then grind my teeth when faced with YARR (Yet Another Robot Response) msg asking me to go fly a kite on Google's help/support pages.

Still, I could stomach that, but I'd like to know: are these error dumps of any use to the big G? Or merely placebo-activity to show off they care(?).
