Both with IE7 or Firefox 3.0.3 browser load with basic HTML format.

Basic HTML without :-
   * Spell checker
   * Keyboard shortcuts
   * Creating filters
   * Adding, editing, importing, or deleting contacts
   * Custom 'From:' addresses
   * Rich formatting

I've clean cache, Private data etc and reboot also don't work.

Any help on this matter.

Install Chrome browser all work well, maybe goggle try to force to used Chrome.
