I'm pretty sure there's an ideogram in the logo. I'll show it to my Chinese tutor if I get the time.

I don't know how to explain the logo(there isn't much news about this summit), but the characters can be translated like this:

关注(blue): care about, concern, focus on, follow with interest
沟通(green): connect, communication
成长(red): grow up
