Yet according to the blog post (and inline with what I'm seeing) it's only Premier Editions that get this new feature:

The official update feed from the Google Apps team says all versions can enable it. They should know what they're talking about:
"Editions impacted:
Standard, Premier, Education and Partner Editions"

Yes, they *should* know what they're talking about but I can't see the option in my Standard Edition account...
