Someone just knocked the lights out of my server with what looks to be a DDoS referrer spam attack (if you know more about the purpose of this kind of spam, or defense mechanisms, I'm happy to hear it). Within a minute, the traffic went from OK to an absolute peak. The IPs varied. Here are the referrer spam URLs – and it may likely be there are some innocent ones in the mix as well to hide the tracks of the not-so-innocent ones:

(I'm posting this as image 'cause I don't want these keywords around here... they may attract even more of the same.)

PS: This was just a small selection of the seemingly infinite variations of spam URLs.
