Why I'm seeing the page like this?

I'm in China. When I clicked the "Even More" link on Google's English homepage(www.google.com) I see a page like this: i72.photobucket.com/albums/i17 ... The URL is google.com/intl/en/options/ When I use proxy I can view the page like before(with more products).
