In Argentina, Yahoo (and to a lesser extent Google) have removed certain search results for many public figures, like Diego Maradona:

This has been going on since 2006, OpenNet.net says. While Yahoo removed all of the results of a search for Diego Maradona, he article says, Google only removed more specific results – see the footer links to ChillingEffects in this Google search, for instance:
