We are googling other people more and more as the amount of information on Google grows. Some people do it just for fun but some use the technique to know more about others. According to a survey conducted by a dating agency, about 43% of people google their prospective dates (http://www.azcentral.com/ent/dating/articles/0803google03.html). Recently, a new server dedicated to this googling phenomenon has launched a notification service by email when somebody searches for a name in Google. People can sign up and setup keywords which they are interested in. When somebody searches for the keyword then the person is notified by email. In some cases the service offers also a location of the searcher. Some people may wonder – "How they are getting the data from Google? Is it legal?" – the creators of the service make the use of the Google Adwords advertising to run on the person's name. The Google Adwords provides a search statistics for the keywords which are then used by the service. Because of the Google Adwords the service is not free but the price is low enough as nobody is bidding on person's names much. Link – http://www.iamsearched.com
