Don't know if it's new.

When I try to change my language setting(to Chinese) in Gmail, a pop-up window opened asking me if I'd like to change all my language settings in Google sites to Chinese.

But when I try to change my language setting to English it won't appear. Neither when I try to change my language settings in Google Reader or Google Sites will this window pop up.
