I'm writing a paper on IT project management, and I want to talk about the tools Google uses to keep their projects within scope/schedule/budget. If anyone on here works/has worked/knows anything about how Google structures their projects, could you give me a couple minutes and some answers, please?
I need to know what tools and methods are used (WBS, critical path method, gantt charts, etc). I know it's a longshot, but I'd be very grateful. |
