No problems here. I am using Opera 9.62. Possibly u have slow internet connection?

My Opera 9.62 has the same problem too. It left with blank white screen too. I'm using javascript blocker. But it doesn't seem the problem. I tried to turn that off. The problem is when you choose HTML view over the basic view. You'll load your gmail smoothly if you're using basic view.
