ESC Lille School of Management has chosen Google Apps for its students (2,750) and staff. It dates from last September (http://www.esc-lille.com/en/ecole/actualites_de_l_ecole/esc_lille_adopte_la_solution_google_apps_education_un_campus_numerique_inedit_en_france) but a friend spotted it today.

Do you know any other non-US university that uses Google Apps? I know they're advertising some engineering schools (see http://conf.g-e-t.fr) but it seems very slow to really take off.
