Can android be installed on a screenless phone? |
1. The screen is 320 x 240 pixels, which I don't think is enough for an Android phone. (The G1 is 480 x 320 pixels.)
2. The image is not of a production model. See Russlan Kogan's comments in the link that Juha-Matti posted, where he admits that some things are going to be change prior to production.
3. See the disclaimer on Kogan's order page: "The design of the Kogan Agora and Kogan Agora Pro, when dispatched, will be materially similar to the images set out on this website. Despite this, Kogan Technologies reserves the right to make non-material modifications to the design of the phones in its sole discretion."
4. There doesn't appear to be a "Shift" key on the keyboard. Very strange.
No way I'd recommend anyone ordering one of these until some production samples emerge. |
ArsTechnica says about prices that "the normal Agora will retail for AUD $299 and offers a 2.5-inch TFT-LCD touchscreen, integrated QWERTY keyboard, and 3G network capability." |
