Google just started to roll out Picasa 3.1 in 38 languages. New is the new Sharing with Google Account.

This phrase is completely misleading:
"If you've been waiting to try the new photo-collage feature in Picasa, or been curious to see how clustering technology can automatically find similar faces across your photo collection, now's the time to download Picasa 3.1"... > well, if you download the software, you still CAN'T TAG PEOPLE FACES!

so, anything new? Nothing except language of the software.

Exactly. I though they added people tagging to the software, but they didn't or at least I'm not able to find it.

Yes, and I am still not able to download the name-tags. This is too sad :(

I've also tried to download face-tagged pics, but face tags aren't downloaded :-/
