China targets Google, Baidu in latest 'Net filth crackdown

"China has announced (another) crackdown on online pornography, but this time it singled out even ultra-popular search engines like Google and Baidu for not doing enough about the problem.

Pornography remains illegal in the country, though it is easy enough to get it over the Internet. To make porn harder to find, the government blocks sites, but also requires search engines to cut off links to pornographic website in an "efficient" manner.
