Just started to use Thunderbird for web based email. Wow, what speed and cleanliness.

Thoughts? How popular here is this program?

I use it for all my gmails + Google Apps domains + RSS feeds.

Agree its quite clean, but tight integration with calendar & sync ability to phones would have been nice

You have to add Blogs & News from the File Menu

I never liked hunderbird. I don't know why... I use Mail.app for my mail, but I always feel like I'm missing out on Gmail on the web.

There are SyncML extensions for Thunderbird (e.g. http://www.topologilinux.com/syncml/). Using GooSync.com (a SyncML wrapper to Google services), I keep Thunderbird, my Nokia E71 & Google Calendar in sync
